Here you are healing, even if it feels like you are not because here you are choosing to continue, you are choosing to move forward in the direction of all you truly do deserve, no matter how slowly the progress comes. Here, you are finding yourself again. Here, you are coming home.
Happy Thanksgiving! GRATITUDE unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Our identities, how we think and feel, have been shaped by our experiences. We can take advantage of the knowledge gained in examining our mistakes, using this wisdom to guide the decisions we make today. Accepting all aspects of ourselves-our assets, defects, successes, and failures. Shame and guilt left unaddressed can paralyze us, preventing us from moving forward in our lives. Some of the most meaningful amends we can make for the mistakes of our past are are simply by acting differently today. We strive for improvement and measure our success by comparing who we used to be with who we are today.

The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our questions.
To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is a laugh. You should laugh every day.. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought, And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it.
